To everybody in Boulder City, he was always known as “Frosty” because he had a beautiful white head of hair, and he was a very large man. He’d drive a, I don’t know whether it was a D-6 or a D-4 or whatever, but I remember hours on hours he was out there on that caterpillar grading that land, getting it prepared to start building the high school and the junior high school.
